RETURNS
We have a 7 day return policy for online items. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers will receive a refund to the original payment method.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, Kie Skin merchandise, socks, and hosiery. We do not accept returns on sale items and gift cards.
To start a return, please contact us at shop@flirtluxelingerie.com. All returns must be approved. Items sent back to us, without first requesting a return, will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange of your item(s) by contacting us at flirtocnj@gmail.com. Exchanges must be for the same item(s) only different size or color. Please be specific as to the item(s) and size you would like to exchange and what you would like in return. Once the item(s) are received and accepted, we will ship the new item(s.) Shipping charges for Exchanges are Prepaid by Flirt! Luxe Lingerie & Sleepwear.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
