RETURNS

We have a 7 day return policy for online items. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers will receive store credit on ALL returns. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. 

Flirt! Luxe Lingerie & Sleepwear promises to stand by the merchandise we sell.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, Kie Skin merchandise, socks, and hosiery. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items and gift cards.


To start a return, please contact us at shop@flirtluxelingerie.com. All returns must be approved. Items sent back to us, without first requesting a return, will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
